Introductory Statement

Hosted by the Henk Vonhoff, the Queen’s Commisioner in the Province of Groningen, the official SISEA reception took place at the ‘Provinciehuis’ of Groningen, the government building for the Province of Groningen. Mr. Vonhoff delivered a welcoming speech.
