• H.C. Gilje is a Norwegian media artist who uses video in a wide variety of ways: in installation works, screenings, as scenography for dance and theatre performance, and in a live improvised context. He recently completed a one year residency at Kunstlerhaus Bethanien in Berlin. Recent works include the installation Shadow Grounds, the video series spinal tapes 2001 and the Tokyo collaboration with noise-impro-duo Jankammer. Gilje was performing at ISEA2000 with his Video Nervous project. http://hcgilje.com/
