Artist Statement

This work centers around the human body. It treats the body as a repository for memory and emotion and allows the viewer to navigate this terrain by using the human figure as both map and metaphor.

In February of 1993, “ad 319” was born from the simultaneous efforts of four artists and designers trained in traditional media, all of whom were attempting to embrace new digital technologies.
