[ISEA2010] Workshop: Scott deLahunta (Convener) – P2 Motion Lab

Workshop Statement

Motion Lab is a framework for a public discussion of ideas related to performance, movements and media. Set in studio 3 of PACT, the Lab will feature specially invited guests and contributors who will present their papers and projects. Motion Lab will be facilitated by Scott deLahunta and Christopher Roman and will run thematically alongside and in association with the Synchronous Objects, reproduced installation located next door.

  • Scott deLahunta (UK/NL) is Program and Research Coordinator of Motion Bank and Director of R-Research Wayne McGregor|Random Dance. He is also currently Research Fellow with the Art Theory & Research and Art Practice & Development Research Group, Amsterdam School for the Arts and serves on the editorial boards of Performance Research, Dance Theatre Journal and the International Journal of Performance and Digital Media.
