Curator Statement

The Symposium will be building its own virtual architecture and inviting artists from around the world to play a part in the TISEA telecommunity. This networked environment will be available through public access terminals at TlSEA and will include biographical material, an online library and an electronic forum called “Virtual Cultures on the Net”, pulling in responses from around the world.
